After one of the companies in our area got hit by thieves, I immediately called a meeting with my security personnel. I would need to make sure we are to suffer the same fate, especially when the perpetrators were able to grab valuable equipment and items in the office right across us. They have lost millions because of this incident, and my small business cannot afford to experience this.
The head of security suggested that we invest in 4 channel DVR systems in the office. This way we would be able to catch sight of anything happening inside and outside the premises. This is a cheap investment compared to the possible costs we are to incur if we are unable to secure the office effectively. I immediately requested to have this installed right away so we can already monitor the premises.
